What is the SOS button?

It's designed to help you survive the 3-10 minute craving window.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Annual plan ($29.99/year) includes a 3-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the 3 days are up, you won't be charged at all. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings: Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > StopNic > Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Can I use StopNic for vaping, pouches, or other nicotine products?

Absolutely. StopNic works for all forms of nicotine addiction including cigarettes, vapes, nicotine pouches (like Zyn), IQOS, and other tobacco products. The onboarding process tailors your experience based on what you're quitting.

Is my data private?

What if I relapse?

Relapse is a normal part of quitting for many people. StopNic includes a "I Relapsed" feature that helps you log it, reflect on what happened, and get back on track without shame or judgment. The app adjusts your progress and continues supporting you.

How long is the program?

The core curriculum spans 30 days across 5 modules, with one new lesson unlocking each day. After 30 days, you'll still have access to all content, the SOS button, community, and all tracking features for as long as your subscription is active.

Does StopNic replace medical treatment?

No. StopNic is a support tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns related to smoking or nicotine use, please consult a qualified healthcare provider. StopNic can complement professional treatment.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by emailing support@stopnic.app from the email address associated with your account. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.
